Blair Waddell became a pastor at Providence Baptist Church in 2012. He is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and the University of Stirling, Scotland (Ph.D.). Blair teaches at the Birmingham Theological Seminary, the Philippines Baptist Theological Seminary and the Asia Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary. Additionally, he serves on the editorial board of the Andrew Fuller Journal.
He is passionate about missions, reading, soccer and the Nashville Predators. He has been married to Lisa for over 30 years and is the father of four daughters.

Salvador is a church member and Music Director of Iron City Church. He is a Guatemalan born in Los Angeles, CA, and raised in Russellville, Alabama. He came to faith in Christ going into his 8th grade year at Calvary Baptist Church in Russellville and has grown in the Lord both in Baptist churches and at his father's immigrant church. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama (Communication Studies) and is now pursuing his M.Div at Beeson Divinity School.
What Salvador enjoys most about music ministry is witnessing the congregation enjoy God and edify one another through their singing weekly.
He married his wife, JonEllen, on February 13, 2021. She works at Lifeline Children Services.
